Biography of Han Shuli 韩书力
  • 1948 - Born in Beijing, China
  • 1973 - Went to Tibet; worked on his art in the Exhibition Centre of Tibet
  • 1980 - Accepted as a MA student in the Central Academy of Fine Arts under the tutelage of Professor He Youzhi and Yang Xiangang
  • 1982 - Graduated with his work, “Flowers of the Grassland
  • 1984 - “The 6th National Art Exhibition”, National Art Musuem of China, Beijing, Gold award “The 1st International Picture Story Book Festival”, Switzerland, Special Prize.
  • 1992 - “The 1st Canadian International Ink painting Exhibition”, Toronto, Gold Leaf award
  • 1989 - Several solo and group exhibitions in Paris, Taipei, Tokyo, Toronto, Kuala
  • 2006 - Lumpur, Singapore, Chile, Brazil, Luxembourg, Germany, Belgium, Argentina, Netherlands, Macau, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Fujian, Beijing and many more “The 1st Beijing International Art Biennale, China”, National Art Museum of

Currently Han is a committee member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), a committee member of the China Art and Literature Union, a standing member of the China Association for Preservation and Development of Tibetan Culture, a committee member of the China Artists Association, the Chairman of the Tibetan Autonomous Region Art and Literature Union, the Chairman of Tibet Artists Association and the President of the Tibetan Painting and Calligraphy College.
