Norbu Tsering was born in 1963 in Lhasa, Tibet. Between 1984 and 1991, he studied in several Art institutions like the Department of Fine Arts, University of Tibet; Central Minority University, Beijing; The Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art, and the Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. A professional artist, he is a Director of the Gen dun Choepel Artists Organization.
